Why I See Things Differently
I didn't build my career to become an expert in one function. I built it with the curiosity and tenacity to understand how businesses create value across them.
Working across functions, industries, and stages of growth taught me to see the connections - how one decision impacts another, how internal priorities shape external partnerships, and how the right relationships can unlock capabilities a business doesn't have on its own.
Over time, I discovered that this is often where the real leverage lies: understanding those connections and building the relationships that turn external expertise and capabilities into business value.
Seeing the connections is only valuable if you can do something with them. I ask the questions to understand different perspectives, identify where the right expertise sits, and bring the right people, perspectives, and capabilities together to make better decisions and move opportunities forward.
Today, I bring that cross-functional perspective together with deep supplier partnership expertise to help organizations find that leverage and turn it into growth.

WHERE'S THE UNLOCK
Most organizations invest heavily in optimizing individual functions and external partners.
But some of the biggest opportunities live between them.
When internal teams and external partners operate in silos, organizations miss capabilities, slow innovation and create execution risk.
The unlock is in the connections.
Stronger connections build stronger relationships. Stronger relationships unlock capabilities.
